Autorola and VWE Automotive have entered into an agreement under which Autorola will acquire Autorola Automotive Trade Center (ATC), an online auction platform serving professional buyers and sellers both domestically and internationally.

Following completion, ATC will continue to operate under its existing name as an independent platform, with headquarters remaining in Heerhugowaard. The organisation, day-to-day operations, client relationships and services will remain unchanged. According to Autorola, the transaction will have no direct impact on customers, partners or employees, with all existing agreements, processes and commercial terms remaining in place.

The IMAP Netherlands deal team, consisting of Jan-Pieter Borst, Remco van Gulijk and Willem Jansen, advised Automotive Trade Center (VWE Automotive) on the transaction.
