Advised Stece AB on its sale to Lesjöfors AB and Be-Ge Industry AB
Lesjöfors has made a deal with the owners of Stece AB and BeGE Företagen AB regarding a common acquisition of Steece AB in Mönsterås.
During the next two years, Lesjöfors owner share will be 33 %. Current owner will remain 33 % of the shares will BeGe Företagen will buy 33 %.
Steces activities include metal sheet work and spring production for the automotive industry. The deal stipulates that Lesjöfors, after 24 months acquires the whole spring activity while BeGe Företagen takes over the metal sheet activity.
Stece has revenue around 170 MSEK with a 4 % EBITDA margin. The spring activity, which Lesjöfors will acquire in 24 months, has revenue around 60 MSEK.
