Godwin Mwadzikowa joined Verdant Capital in July 2025 as an Investment Banking Analyst. He brings a strong background in commercial banking, microfinance banking, capital mobilisation, treasury, and financial markets.

Prior to joining Verdant Capital, Godwin worked at African Century Limited as a Treasury Dealer, where he managed foreign exchange and money market trading, bond issuance, and liquidity management. He also gained experience in finance at African Century Limited, relationship management at First Capital Bank Zimbabwe, and supervision and regulatory compliance at the Securities and Exchange Commission of Zimbabwe.

Godwin holds a Bachelor of Business Studies (Hons) in Finance and Banking from the University of Zimbabwe. He is a CFA Level II candidate, having passed CFA Level I with above 90th percentile, and holds the ACI Dealing Certificate with Distinction.
