IMAP Florida advises on the sale of Nature's Logic to Mid America Pet Food

IMAP Florida, Falls River Group, LLC (“Falls River Group”) is pleased to announce the acquisition of NL Enterprises, LLC (“Nature’s Logic”) by strategic investor Mid America Pet Food, LLC (“MAPF”). Falls River Group acted as the exclusive M&A Advisor to Nature’s Logic and its financial sponsor, VisioCap, LLC (“VisioCap”), in connection with the transaction. This deal represents the seventh successful transaction for FRG in the pet and animal health space.
Transaction Summary
VisioCap LLC, a New York-based private equity firm investor of consumer-packaged goods, including Nature’s Logic, engaged Falls River Group to lead a successful exit that would maximize value for its investors and identify a new partner with the synergies and expertise to further NL’s leadership position in the 100% natural pet food space. Under FRG’s advisory, the company went from engagement to closing within 60 days. MAPF and TA Associates will be providing capital and their operational expertise to support Nature’s Logic’s mission and next phase of growth.
