Atakan Sinan Safi has acquired 100% of the shares of MCL Bentonite, a leading Turkish producer of bentonite-based products, for a total consideration of €20 million.

Headquartered in Fatsa, Ordu, MCL Bentonite specialises in bentonite mining and the manufacture of high-quality cat litter products, offering private label production solutions alongside its own branded range. The company exports its products to more than 70 countries worldwide, establishing a strong international presence in the global pet care and bentonite markets.
