UBM Holding acquired 100% of Agrifirm Hungary Zrt., the Hungarian subsidiary of the Royal Agrifirm Group. The acquisition significantly expands UBM Group’s footprint in the animal feed sector, increasing total annual production capacity by more than 40% to approximately 850,000 tons and strengthening its position in poultry feed across Central and Eastern Europe. Following the transaction, the business will operate as UBM Nutrition Zrt.
