Steigerbouw van der Panne Rotterdam B.V. (“Van der Panne”) has been acquired by Muehlhan Group (“Muehlhan”).

Muehlhan, headquartered in Hamburg, Germany, is an international group of industrial service providers active in wind, infrastructure, and marine. The Group offers scaffolding, surface protection, insulation, and maintenance services through subsidiaries across Europe and the US. Since 2022, Muehlhan has been owned by One Equity Partners.
The acquisition strengthens Muehlhan’s presence in the Benelux and provides a strong platform for further growth in the Dutch market.

Van der Panne is a leading scaffolding solutions provider in the Netherlands and Belgium with nearly 40 years of experience. The company serves clients across the industrial, offshore, construction, and infrastructure sectors, supported by a dedicated team of professionals from its headquarters in Hendrik-Ido-Ambacht.

The IMAP Netherlands team, led by Balthazar den Breems, Jonah van Ravenzwaaij, Livio Holl, and Martijn Ellens, advised the shareholders of Van der Panne on this transaction, supporting them in preparing, negotiating, and successfully closing the transaction.
