IMAP Netherlands is pleased to announce that Decolux B.V. (Decolux), full-service provider of sun protection solutions, and Evident Projectstoffering B.V. (Evident), specialist in project furnishing, entered into a partnership with Intersaction, a Dutch SME investor.

The investment in Decolux and Evident was initiated as part of a strategic effort to secure a strong financial partner to support the companies in their next phase of growth. Both businesses have established solid foundations with loyal clients and recognized that future expansion can be accelerated through the right partnership.

The investment aligns with Intersaction’s strategy of investing in companies that combine robust business models, strong growth potential, and positive societal impact. Intersaction sees significant opportunities to further develop both companies in a sustainable and future-proof way, working closely with management to strengthen and expand the business. The partnership will focus on further professionalizing the organization, broadening its regional presence, and enhancing its service offering. Following the transaction, both Mels Sitskoorn and Eelco Zanen will remain involved as shareholders, with Eelco Zanen continuing to lead the company into its next stage of growth.
