KRUK S.A. successfully completed a PLN 600 million senior unsecured bond issuance with a 7-year tenor, representing the largest bond offering in the company's history. The transaction was executed in a challenging market environment characterized by geopolitical uncertainty and widening credit spreads. Strong institutional investor demand resulted in an oversubscribed order book exceeding PLN 1 billion, enabling the issuer to increase the transaction size from the initially contemplated PLN 400 million and tighten pricing to WIBOR 3M + 250 bps. The issuance was listed on the Catalyst market and attracted a diversified investor base including investment funds, pension funds, banks and insurance companies.
