Global Technologies, a holding company, has acquired Novares, a global supplier of plastic solutions to the automotive industry. 

Novares is known for designing and manufacturing complex components and systems for the automotive sector, and is involved in the development of greener, lighter, and connected vehicles. 

Degroof Petercam (IMAP France) advised previous investors Equistone and Bpi France on the sale of their stake in Novares.
