IMAP is pleased to announce that DegroofPetercam Corporate Finance – IMAP Belgium acted as exclusive financial advisor to Energy Solutions Group on the acquisition of Weerts Logistic Park BER 1 through a 100% share deal.

The asset includes a solar park located within a logistics site owned by Intervest, supporting Energy Solutions Group’s strategy to expand its renewable energy footprint and strengthen its presence in sustainable infrastructure.

This transaction follows the earlier acquisition of Weerts Energy in December 2023, marking another important step in Energy Solutions Group’s growth in the Energy & Utilities sector.
