The newly combined group becomes one of the largest players in the sector, with operations in 37 countries, nearly 400 employees, and a combined revenue of approximately €300 million.

The partnership creates a strong platform with complementary product portfolios across sustainable packaging, hygiene paper, non-woven solutions, wet wipes, dispensers and professional cleaning products. Customers will benefit from a significantly expanded offering and access to an extensive international network.

All companies will retain their own identity and continue operating largely independently, ensuring continuity for employees while creating new opportunities for collaboration, knowledge sharing, and innovation.
