Wout is a Director at IMAP Netherlands. He has over 15 years of experience in M&A within the mid-corporate segment. Drawing on his banking background, Wout has gained extensive deal experience, with a strong focus on structuring acquisition financing, including Acquisition Finance and Structured Lending, across a wide range of sectors.

Within IMAP Netherlands, Wout advises clients on sell-side, buy-side, and financing transactions. As an M&A advisor, he has successfully guided transactions in sectors such as industry, wholesale, e-commerce, business services and (IT) consultancy. A significant number of these transactions had a clear link to sustainability and circularity.
