Vitale & Co. advised Borio Mangiarotti in the acquisition of a plot of land from Sammontana S.p.A.
The property, consisting of several buildings originally intended for industrial use, will be entirely converted to residential use, with the development of 250 apartments.
Vitale acted as financial advisor to Borio Mangiarotti, a historic Milanese construction and real estate development company, in the acquisition from Sammontana S.p.A. of an area of approximately 18,000 sqm located in Via Bistolfi, nearby the Lambrate railway station in Milan, in an area between the university district of Città Studi and the historic Ortica district.
The property, consisting of several buildings originally intended for industrial use located on two separate lots (ex “Tre Marie” production plant), will be entirely converted to residential use, with the development of 250 apartments.
The future residential development of Borio Mangiarotti marks a further step forward in the important process of urban regeneration already underway in the district, thanks to the redevelopment of buildings that have long since been in disuse.
Vitale assisted Borio Mangiarotti in defining and structuring the transaction, providing support in the modeling phase of the development project’s business plan, as well as in negotiations with its counterparties.
