IMAP advises automotive aftermarket parts company Wagen International on sale to SAG/Autonet Group
The IMAP Southeast Europe team acted as exclusive financial advisor to Wagen throughout the sale process.
IMAP is pleased to announce that Wagen International has sold a majority stake to SAG/Autonet Group. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
Wagen is the Serbian market leader in the independent automotive spare parts sector, with an annual turnover of over €40 million and 300 employees. The company supplies all the major districts in Serbia with a range of over 200,000 catalog items. In addition to auto parts, Wagen’s product portfolio also includes lubricants, chemicals, car accessories and workshop equipment.
SAG/Autonet Group is one of the largest providers in the independent automotive spare parts sector in Europe, with an annual turnover of over €800 million. The company has a range of over 800,000 catalog and 370,000 warehouse items. SAG/Autonet Group serves customers with more than 200 branches and over 1000 delivery vehicles.
