IMAP advises BPE sold on the sale of WEKA Holzbau to PREMIUM Equity Partners

New majority shareholders are the PREMIUM Equity Partners GmbH, Frankfurt am Main, managed funds and co-investors. The management team of WEKA remains involved in the company and will further advance the successful developments.

BPE acquired the majority of WEKA Holzbau in 2006 as part of a management buyout.
