Integrated Water Services (IWS), a portfolio company of Sciens Water Opportunities Management, has acquired Tetrasolv, Inc. and Tetrasolv Services, Inc., a specialist provider of water treatment rental systems, filtration equipment, and field services for industrial, municipal, environmental, and remediation applications. The transaction closed in June 2026 and financial terms were not disclosed.

Founded in 1995 and headquartered in Anderson, Indiana, Tetrasolv operates from a 230,000-square-foot ASME-certified fabrication facility and maintains service locations in Pennsylvania, Texas, and Florida. The company provides water treatment rental systems, custom-engineered filtration equipment, media removal and replacement services, and field support across the United States, serving a broad base of industrial and municipal customers with a recurring service model and differentiated technical expertise.

Tetrasolv will operate as a subsidiary of IWS, maintaining its manufacturing headquarters and service centre network. The combined group will leverage its expanded footprint to accelerate sustainable water reclamation and environmental remediation deployments nationwide. IWS is headquartered in Austin, Texas and provides modular, scalable process water and wastewater solutions to the mid-market across the US and Europe.
