The company offers a comprehensive range of products and services, including equipment sales, aftermarket parts, maintenance, repair, fleet services and trailer leasing solutions.

The acquisition strengthens Trane Technologies’ position in the transport refrigeration market and expands its service capabilities, customer reach and aftermarket presence across North America. By combining CSTK’s extensive service network and customer relationships with Trane Technologies’ industry-leading Thermo King platform, the transaction enhances the company’s ability to support customers throughout the lifecycle of their equipment.
