Welgro strengthens its position with new shareholder Rojen Capital

Rojen Capital and the management of Welgro B.V. have acquired the shareholding in the bulk trailer manufacturer from Rhein Invest. With this step, Welgro B.V. strengthens its position and sets its course for further growth towards European market leadership in premium bulk trailers for the feed industry.

Rojen Capital focuses on profitable Dutch companies in the mid-market segment with an EBITDA of more than €2.5 million that are ready for their next phase of growth and are looking for active shareholders who want to help build sustainable, long-term value. Rojen Capital invests through two platforms: Rojen Logistics and Rojen Industries.

Welgro has been developing, manufacturing and selling bulk trailers for animal feed, flour products, granulates, grains and powdered substances for decades. Each year, around 120 bulk trailers are delivered to customers in Europe, the Middle East and Africa.

IMAP Netherlands acted as Debt Advisor for Rojen Capital B.V. regarding the financing of the acquisition of 100% of the shares in Welgro B.V.
