Advised Poste Italiane on the acquisition of a stake in Telecom Italia
Poste Italiane acquired a 15% stake in the ordinary shares of Telecom Italia from the French group Vivendi.
Upon completion of the transaction, Poste Italiane will hold a total stake of 24.81% of TIM's ordinary shares and 17.81% of its share capital.
