Banca Ifigest S.p.A., one of the most active private and independent banks in Italy in the asset management services sector, and L&B Partners S.p.A., an independent consulting company providing corporate finance services with a focus on the energy infrastructure sector, have launched a strategic project aimed at bringing to the market a series of new products and services in the areas of asset management, private banking and investment banking.

The project involves the transfer of 70% of L&B Partners to Banca Ifigest, in a share-for-share transaction. As a result of the transaction, L&B Partners' shareholders will hold a 34% stake in the bank.

Vitale (IMAP Italy) acted as financial advisor to Banca Ifigest in issuing a fairness opinion on the economic terms of the transaction.
