Illimity Group and other investors acquired a minority stake in Zerbinati, a leader in ready-to-eat salads and meals, with a € EUR 12.5 mn financing deal to support growth.
Founded in 1970, Zerbinati is a market leader in chilled 'IV-range' salads and vegetables, both conventional and organic, as well as in ready-to-eat meals.
