IMAP Netherlands is pleased to announce that EAE Solutions and QIPC-EAE, together forming a leading provider of intralogistics sorting solutions and advanced control and vision systems for high-speed printing and parcel environments, have partnered with Holland Capital, a private equity investor.

The partnership with Holland Capital will support the group’s next phase of growth. Driven by increasing demand for warehouse automation, parcel sorting capacity, and high-precision print automation, the combined platform is well positioned to scale internationally and further expand its product and software capabilities. Holland Capital will support the group in building a broader international footprint and pursuing targeted buy-and-build opportunities.

EAE Solutions delivers integrated sorting solutions both as a prime contractor and as a control supplier/system integrator. Its offering includes the in-house E-Cross sorter family, the modular EAE.Flow control software platform, and integrated vision technology (IAS). QIPC-EAE provides optical measurement and control technology for web offset printing presses, improving efficiency, accuracy, and uptime for printers worldwide. Together, the two businesses form a complementary automation platform spanning intralogistics and print.

IMAP Netherlands advised the shareholders of STAK Q.I. Press Controls Holding (EAE Group) on the transaction. The team, led by Balthazar den Breems, Thomas Verhoeckx, and Martijn Ellens, supported the sellers throughout preparation, negotiations, and successful closing.
