fenaco Genossenschaft has acquired a minority stake in Quickline Holding AG, forming a strategic partnership to strengthen digital infrastructure and connectivity in rural Switzerland. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

Quickline is a Swiss telecommunications and IT services provider offering internet, TV, mobile and business solutions to more than 400,000 customers nationwide through a network of regional partners. The company also develops smart-metering solutions for the energy sector.

fenaco is one of Switzerland’s largest agricultural cooperatives, supplying food, retail goods and energy to rural communities through brands such as LANDI, Volg and AGROLA. The partnership aims to combine fenaco’s strong rural distribution network with Quickline’s telecom and digital capabilities to support the expansion of regional networks and digital services, including applications relevant to agriculture and energy.
