Ewals Cargo Care acquires Vos Transport Group in a landmark deal for European logistics

Ewals Cargo Care, a leading European logistics service provider specializing in multimodal transport solutions, has acquired Vos Transport Group, one of the Netherlands’ leading international road freight and logistics operators.

Founded in 1944, Vos Transport Group provides international road freight, part-load, groupage, warehousing, and logistics services through an extensive European network. The company has built a strong market position serving customers across a broad range of industries and is particularly recognized for its expertise in part-load and groupage transport.

The acquisition strengthens Ewals Cargo Care’s European logistics platform by combining its multimodal transport capabilities with Vos Transport Group’s established road freight and logistics operations. Together, the companies will offer customers an enhanced range of integrated transport and supply chain solutions across Europe.

IMAP Netherlands advised the shareholders of Vos Transport Group on the transaction. The deal team consisted of Cees van Vliet, Steven Klaren, Jonah van Ravenzwaaij, Thomas Verhoeckx, and Mathijs van Styrum.
