Champion Breweries Plc, a leading Nigerian beverage company, has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire the Bullet energy drink business, one of Africa’s most recognized energy drink brands with distribution across multiple markets in Sub-Saharan Africa.

The transaction represents a significant strategic milestone for Champion Breweries as it expands beyond its traditional brewing operations into the fast-growing energy drinks segment. Through the acquisition, Champion will obtain ownership of the Bullet brand and related intellectual property, strengthening its position in the broader non-alcoholic beverage market and creating a platform for future regional growth.
