The civil engineering company Harald Gollwitzer GmbH sells its 75% stake in Gollwitzer Polska Sp. z o.o., based in the southwest of Poland. As part of a MBO, the family of the polish managing director Jan Michna together with the technical manager increase their 25% stake to 100%. Both Gollwitzer companies will continue their existing successful cooperation in Germany and Poland.
