RENA acquired 94% of the shares of Stulz H+E Group. The acquisition took place as part of a capital increase as well as a share acquisition from L-EA Private Equity, Karlsruhe, and from the Stulz family (Sigma BS GmbH). RENA is therefore building along its solar business, a second strategic pillar and expects from the partnership with Stulz H+E a high growth potential in the future market of water treatment. Both companies located in the black forest region engage themselves with future-oriented environmental technology and renewable energies.
