Tomasz, Managing Partner and Head of Debt Advisory at Trigon, joined the company in 2004.

He has a broad and extensive experience in corporate finance, covering M&A transactions, IPOs, and raising debt and equity financing for companies at every stage of development, from early-stage VC to leveraged buyouts.

Recently, Tomasz designed and executed the sale of Polkomtel's telecommunications infrastructure to Cellnex for PLN 7 billion. He also advised on transactions such as the sale of Azul Systems to Vitruvian Partners and the sale of Grupa Pracuj to TCV. Tomasz has provided advisory services in acquiring several companies in the TMT sector, including Asseco, Interia, and Netia. He was involved in the IPOs of Cyfrowy Polsat and Newag. He participated in the largest debt financings in Poland, including the PLN 14 billion leveraged financing for the acquisition of Polkomtel. Tomasz actively supports young Polish start-ups.

Tomasz Rewera graduated from the Warsaw School of Economics and the Aarhus School of Business. He also studied in Singapore and the United States.

Tomek holds an MSc in Management and Marketing from the Warsaw School of Economics, as well as an MSc in Finance and International Business from the Aarhus School of Business. He also studied in Singapore and in the United States.
