Ralf Georg Mittler is Managig Partner IMAP Germany. Prior to this, he spent 24 years in senior leadership roles in the M&A division of the Deutsche Bank Group, where he began his career in 1996. From 2000 onwards, he initially served as a member of the management team and later as Managing Director, leading the M&A advisory team focused on the upper mid-market. In this role, he was responsible for advising on numerous domestic and international transactions.

With more than 100 successfully completed deals across a wide range of industries, Ralf has extensive experience advising family-owned businesses, mid-sized market leaders and corporate groups, as well as in structuring and executing complex company sales, carve-outs and succession solutions. He is also a member of the Board of the German Association for Mergers & Acquisitions (Bundesverband Mergers & Acquisitions gem. e.V.).
