Mark is a Partner at IMAP Netherlands and has more than 10 years of experience leading transaction processes. Prior, he worked for approximately 15 years in various roles and positions at ING Real Estate Finance and ING Bank’s Large Corporate division. In recent years, he primarily focused on acquisition financing for takeovers within the business services sector.

Within IMAP Netherlands, Mark is involved in mergers and acquisitions, with a specific focus on business services providers, including the employment industry, insurance intermediaries and e-commerce.
