Luke became part of IMAP in 2025, joining via its Graduate Programme. Prior to this, he developed experience across financial advisory at Grant Thornton and trading operations at Susquehanna International Group.

He holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance from University College Cork, graduating with First Class Honours.
