Jonas is an Advisor at The Corporate Finance Group in Zurich, Switzerland, specializing in M&A lead advisory and corporate finance. His work includes supporting sell-side and buy-side transactions, developing financial models, company valuations and business plans, as well as conducting company, market and industry analyses. Prior to joining TCFG, Jonas gained transaction experience at KPMG Switzerland in Deal Advisory, where he supported sell-side and buy-side financial due diligence engagements. He also gained experience in Venture Capital and startup fundraising, including relationship management with business angels, VC, PE and asset management investors. Jonas holds a Master of Arts in Accounting and Corporate Finance and a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from the University of St.Gallen (HSG). He also studied at the Schulich School of Business at York University in Toronto.
