Ana Pinto joined Invest Corporate Finance in 2026. Ana has over 20 years of experience in corporate and investment banking, with a strong track record in large corporate relationship management, structured finance and M&A. She spent over a decade at Banco Santander Totta as Senior Relationship Manager in the Large Corporate Division, structuring and executing transactions including syndicated loans, bond issues, commercial paper programmes, and advising CFOs and shareholders on capital structure and financial strategy. She also held private banking responsibilities at Santander, managing high-net-worth entrepreneurs and corporate shareholders. Prior to joining ICF, Ana served as Senior Board Advisor to private groups, leading financial restructuring and capital strategy mandates. Her career began at Caixa Geral de Depósitos / Caixa Banco de Investimentos, with early experience in equities at Banco Carregosa.

Ana holds a degree in Economics from Rutgers University (New Jersey, USA) and has completed executive programmes in Investment Management at the Université de Genève and at Oporto Business School.
