The acquisition forms part of Simple Agency Group’s strategy to expand its IT and digital services offering and strengthen its position within the Uniconta ecosystem. Simple Agency Group is an active consolidator of specialized IT consultancies and digital agencies, pursuing a buy-and-build strategy to create a leading Nordic platform with complementary capabilities across ERP, digital transformation, and software solutions.

By integrating Heyday, Simple Agency Group enhances its technical expertise and deepens its vertical focus within ERP services, while gaining access to a loyal customer base and recurring service revenues. For Heyday, the partnership provides a platform for accelerated growth, broader service capabilities, and access to a larger organization with increased resources and cross-selling opportunities.
