Bankmonitor Management Team Completes Minority Management Buy-Out
The management team of Bankmonitor, a leading Hungarian financial products comparison platform, has completed a minority management buy-out of the business, supported by acquisition financing arranged as part of the transaction. The transaction completed in June 2025.
