Habeo Group continued executing its growth strategy by acquiring Paretec Oy, marking Habeo’s 8th acquisition in the last 12 months.

Paretec Oy is a building installation services expert providing electrical, security systems, and building automation projects and maintenance work in southern, northern and eastern Finland. The company employs c. 150 professionals and generated revenues of over €22 million in 2023.

Habeo Group is one of the largest building installation service companies in Finland, currently employing over 1100 employees nationwide. Majority-owned by Triton, Habeo’s strategy is to continue acquiring successful, entrepreneur-led companies that fit its service portfolio and strategy.
