Diorama Investments II, managed by Deca Investments, has acquired a 40% stake in Dotsoft Integrated IT Solutions S.A., a listed technology company specialising in smart city solutions, software development, and digital transformation services. The transaction represents Diorama II's sixth investment from its €213 million fund, which targets Greek SMEs in sectors with strong growth fundamentals.

Headquartered in Greece and listed on the Alternative Market of the Athens Stock Exchange, Dotsoft has built a track record of over 20 years delivering complex technology projects for public and private sector clients across Greek and international markets. The company holds a leading position in the smart cities segment, where its SmartisCity platform integrates IoT, cloud infrastructure, and data analytics to support digital municipal operations.

The transaction will support Dotsoft's continued expansion into new markets. The company's founder, majority shareholder, and Chief Executive Officer, Manos Anastasios, retains a significant stake and will continue to lead the business.
