SE Puts & Murning, founded in 1971 is a contract company within exterior- and interior maintenance of real-estates doing full- and general contract works.

The 2 previous owners to SE Puts & Murning have over the years established a strong and respected brand, well known on the market. Today the company is one of the top five largest companies within the maintenance business. During 2008 the company had total sales of SEK 120 Millions with around 30 employees.

Included in the acquisition is also the subsidiary SE Byggnadsställningar AB, manufacturing and leasing ladder scaffolds.

The buyer, Hed Fasad is a contract company focusing on frontal restorations. The company is a leading player on the market with over 40 years within the industry. Hed Fasad is privately owned and has around 120 skilled co-workers.
