Jean-Philippe Dayres is Managing Director and Head of the Industry, Aeronautics and Defence sectors, covering France South West region at Indosuez Corporate Advisory since January 2026. Jean-Philippe began his career in 2002 at CMI, a strategy consulting firm, working on due diligence assignments for investment funds and project management for large corporates and SMEs. After an experience in food retail, he joined Aurige Finance, an M&A advisory boutique, in 2011 as Director in charge of Aeronautics and Wines & Spirits transactions. In June 2015, he joined SODICA Corporate Finance (Crédit Agricole Midcap Advisors) as Director. In 2020, he was appointed Regional Director for the South-West region, before being promoted to Managing Director in 2023.

Jean-Philippe holds a degree from Rouen Business School (Neoma) and a Master degree in Ecole Centrale Paris.
