IMAP Spain advises logistics services specialist LTK on sale to Rhenus Logistics

IMAP Spain advised the shareholders of Operadores de Logística Integral LTK (LTK) on the sale of the company to Rhenus Logistics.
Founded in 2002, LTK is specialized in providing logistics services to the Aerospace and Automotive sectors, with customers including the Airbus Group and Alestis Aerospace. The company is headquartered in Madrid and has operation centers throughout Spain, with over 26,000 square meters of warehouse capacity. In addition to warehousing, LTK handles supply chain management, procurement, return and replacement part logistics and conducting quality checks, as well as industrial and aircraft ground handling.
Based in Germany, Rhenus Logistics is a leader in the global logistics and transportation sector. The company has 660 operations centers worldwide and generated over €5 billion in revenues in 2018. Through the acquisition of LTK, Rhenus Logistics enters the Spanish market and strengthens its presence in the European Aeronautics sector.
