Sarp Vardarizi strengthens the partner group at IMAP Germany

Since the beginning of July, Sarp Vardarizi has strengthened the partner circle of IMAP M&A Consultants AG and will be responsible for the structuring and implementation of national and international sell and buy side mandates, particularly in the IndustrialTech sector.

Sarp has around 15 years of experience in M&A and corporate finance advisory. Based in Frankfurt, he will be responsible for advising mid-market companies on company sales, acquisitions and strategic transactions, particularly in the IndustrialTech sector, including companies from the fields of automation technology, electronics and cooling technology, as well as related industrial technologies. With his extensive expertise, transaction experience and far-reaching network, he will be an excellent addition to IMAP's international sector team.

Sarp Vardarizi joins IMAP from Metzler Bank, where he acted as Director and successfully set up the IndustrialTech Group. He led numerous transactions involving mid-sized companies, including the sale of UX Group to Astorg as well as the acquisitions of Duplomatic and Deltatherm by Daikin Group. Prior to that, he spent several years at Banco Santander in Frankfurt and Madrid. Further career stops include Network Corporate Finance and MCF Corporate Finance. Sarp studied Business and Electrical Engineering at TU Darmstadt and holds an MBA from the University of St. Gallen.
