Vergani, a historic Milanese confectionery company founded in 1944 and renowned for its artisanal panettoni, acquired 100% of Pasticceria Scarpato, a family-owned business established in 1888 in Villa Bartolomea, Verona. Scarpato specializes in traditional Veronese holiday cakes.
