Takudzwa joined Verdant Capital as an analyst in 2021. Before joining Verdant Capital, he worked as a management consultant as well as a project engineer in mining operations.

He possesses a BSc. Mechanical Engineering Degree from the University of the Witwatersrand, an MBA Degree from the University of Cape Town’s Graduate School of Business, and a PMP certification.
