Paul brought his considerable years of investment banking experience to Capital West in 2010. His career prior to 2010 included roles with CIBC World Markets in both Vancouver and Calgary and Morgan Stanley in London, England. At CIBC, he was Managing Director of Power & Utilities Investment Banking, responsible for Western Canada. He has led numerous transactions, including equity and debt financing and acquisitions.

Paul obtained his Bachelor of Commerce, with Honors, from the University of British Columbia and is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA).
