IMAP advised the shareholders of the CONSTELLATION Construction Logistics Group, consisting of cpc baulogistik GmbH (“cpc”) and GreenLean Baulogistik GmbH (“GLB”), on the sale to Zeppelin Rental GmbH, which is part of the Zeppelin Group’s strategic Rental business unit. With this acquisition, Zeppelin Rental taps into additional growth potential in the construction logistics sector. By acquiring GLB, Zeppelin Rental strengthens its capabilities in the planning of construction logistics processes.

Founded in 2006 and acquired in 2020 by the Swiss private equity investor CONSTELLATION CAPITAL from its founders, cpc is now one of the most successful and fastest-growing mid-sized construction logistics providers in Germany, with approximately EUR 35 million in turnover. This growth has been driven both organically and through a strategic acquisition in 2021. In 2023, the construction logistics planning business was legally spun off as GLB to enable a more systematic approach to the planning services market.

The group's range of services spans from the planning and management of complex construction logistics processes to supply logistics, access control management, construction site equipment logistics, and waste disposal logistics.
