Groupe Lelieur, a leading provider of industrial lifting and handling services in the Hauts-de-France region, has completed a primary capital opening with the entry of two minority investors: Société Générale Capital Partenaires and Bpifrance. The founding Lelieur family retains control of the business, with CEO Eric Lelieur maintaining a majority stake. The transaction also marks the first step in a progressive generational transition, with Victor Lelieur, son of the founder and head of operations, increasing his stake in the company.

Founded over 30 years ago and led by Eric Lelieur, the group has established itself as a trusted partner to regional industrial players through a comprehensive offering combining crane rental with operators, on-site handling, road transport, and equipment storage. The company employs approximately 50 people and generated revenues of over €10 million in 2024, built on a strong reputation for service quality, responsiveness, and close client relationships.

The new shareholder structure and associated financing will support the acceleration of the group's development while preserving its family DNA and values.
