IMAP Netherlands is pleased to announce that Dreumex, a portfolio company of Capital A, has been acquired by Peter Greven Gruppe (PGG), a global oleochemical group specializing in additives and professional skincare solutions.

The acquisition of Dreumex fits strategically within PGG’s long-term growth objectives by expanding its international footprint and strengthening its position in the industrial skincare and hygiene market. Dreumex’s strong brand, and complementary product portfolio enhance PGG’s offering and create opportunities for synergies and further expansion across key markets.

PGG, is a global oleochemical group which comprises of several specialized subsidiaries, including Peter Greven, Norac Additives, and Peter Greven Physioderm. The acquisition of Dreumex was carried out through Peter Greven Physioderm GmbH, PGG’s professional skincare division, which focuses on high-performance skincare and hygiene solutions for industrial and trade sectors.
