IMAP advised Puli Space Technologies on capital fundraising
In February 2022, Puli Space Technologies raised funds necessary for growth from an angel investor in the form of a SAFE (Simple Agreement for Future Equity) instrument. This was the first transaction of this type in Hungary, in which IMAP Hungary supported Puli Space as a financial advisor.
