IMAP UK Debt Advisory advised Mirabel Group & Kantik Limited in a recent debt financing transaction.

Mirabel Group & Kantik Limited are UK based investment companies that specialise in acquiring majority stakes in UK-based, founder-led companies. They target companies generating EBITDA of £1–4 million, with stable, high recurring revenues, and a strong regional presence.
